why i love morningstar

as a premium member, i have had the pleasure to sign in for the fourth time today.  when i try to use portfolio monitor, i'm told it's for premium members such as me, but i'm unable to use it.  the list could go on, but why bore you about your wonderful website and customer service.

This is a known bug. Don’t worry, I’m sure a fix is in the queue and will be ready for roll out in 2023.

I signed into Amazon.com sometime around 1987, and I don’t think it’s ever signed me out.

I tried to add a Kudos to your link, but it says the total number of Kudos is exceeded. So lots of people agree.

I only had to sign in 3 times today. Even with the "keep me signed in" box checked.
