Welcome our new user resource, Morningstar Community—we’re excited to show you what we’ve been building. About a year ago, we began our journey to develop a better way forour clientsto engage with each other, share best practices and get their questions answered about our data, research, and software platforms. Based on many discussions with you, we heard that there’s not any particular place where Morningstar usersengage with their peers consistently. After investigating to see how other user groups work, we felt that an online community offered the best possible way to encouragemeaningful conversations and get users the exact answers they’re looking for as quickly as possible. So, we decided to create our own—Morningstar Community.
What you’ll find in Morningstar Community is a place to connect with peers and professionals from Morningstar, quickly resolve questions, use self-paced training materials, and read insights from Morningstar’s thought leadership. We encourage you to share and vote on ideas for future product enhancements. From day one, our product managers and others at Morningstar will be active in the community, helping answer questions where needed and providing updates on our product roadmap. We’ll let you know when and how we’re working on your suggestions. You’ll also be able to monitor our progress and submit support requests.
For the last 35 years, we’ve done our best tofacilitatenew discussions and bring more transparency to the world of investing. Morningstar Community continues this mission bybuilding you a platform to engage with your peers in a way that’s helpful and collaborative.
