Morningstar Support advised me that my Presentation Studio files were "corrupted".
We are now faced with recreating all of our work?!
IT experts tell me Morningstar should be able to retrieve the uncorrupted versions of the files for me.
Morningstar Direct seems very unstable and we need your help to stabilize and preserve files.
