On 6/19/2019, the Office Cloud team will be removing the Practice Performance Activity chart from the Office Cloud home page to make some critical updates to this component.
These updates will improve your practice-level data and introduce new capabilities to make it easier to manage and monitor your practice. We understand that removing this tool is frustrating, but the team is working hard to make these updates and reintroduce the Practice Performance Activity chart to the platform in Q4 2019.
Client and account data are unaffected by this change and will remain available in Cloud for you to work with in Cloud.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and will be sure to keep you updated on further developments.

You should remind people that the ipad app still offers a chart with similar functionality.

One recommendation to the update might be the ability to view the data points that the data is built from. I was never able to double check the input and therefor wrote it off as "not sure how they figured it but its amusing to look at."

Thanks mbrad14711, you are correct. The chart is available on our iPad app as a temporary solution until the chart is reintroduced in the home page.

That is a great suggestion and we have ideas on how we can explain how the data is calculated. We plan on including methodology and definitions in the new iteration.

Hi @kpaul I wanted to provide an update on the Practice Performance Activity Chart. I am sorry to inform you that we had to delay the release of the chart. Due to the coronavirus, several crucial teams based in China were unable to test the feature fully so we have decided to hold the release until we have completed sufficient testing. Once i have more clarity on the new release date, I will be sure to share with you. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.
