We use Morningstar for our invoicing and its been great. Once completed, we save the invoices to our archive and then upload them individually to ShareFile where we create a link to email the invoice to each individual client. We could use the morningstar client portal, but my clients have pushed back on asking them to have one more user name and password to access information. They much prefer that we just send the link, available for a period of time, that they can click on to download from ShareFile.
We're looking for an easier way to attach individual invoices to individual emails in a protected manner. Thanks!

Hi @SmallSoCalRIA - thanks so much for the feedback here, and this is a great point. Currently, the Client Web Portal is the only way a firm using Office is able to securely send reports, invoices, documents, etc. to their end client; however, your clients opposing an additional username and password to remember is a valid argument and I can raise this to our Product Team as an enhancement request.
