Recommendations for low cost ETF for international or emerging markets?

Would you like to increase my percentage of foreign holdings a little.

Any good ETFs out there you guys recommend for me to look into.  Ideally with a low expense ratio.

Was thinking maybe SPDR PORTFOLIO DEVELOPED WORLD EX US ETF (SPDW)

VIGI - I have a small position. I have been considering buying it more.

Agree w/ Waffle- VIGI- tends to hold wide moat dividend growers, that raise their dividends each year. So should be more resistant to recessions/market sell offs, etc. I hold the mutual fund version- VIAAX.

Thanks, VIGI was very high on my researrch list and it seemed like a good fit for my taxable brokerage account as it had lower dividend rates versus VEU, IXUS, SPDW, and VXUS which I thought would be better in my tradition or Roth IRA.  I'll take all of the dividends I can get in my tax sheltered account.
