Not only, new offers will be made available, even the old ones are making a comeback. Did you watch the past two days on KIO and PCI? I am probably down by $30 k instead of $150 k back in March/April. This means that total return is positive for the year. I rotated the shares from taxable account to ROTH accounts. I also bought some more. So, the average prices have come down - yield is up compared to what I had back in January. Since I bought some more last week in my Roth Account, I sold the ones today in the taxable account to reduce the tax.
