Vanguard shifts expenses on money market fund,what does it mean?

Thanks for replying, some how I read it as if Vanguard is spreading the fees to all the other vanguard funds, so they do not have to cut the dividends. I am a new investor, still trying to understand the vanguard funds. Jay
Not surprised. With ST and ultrashort term rates at zero, even Vanguard's low expense ratios would push a money market fund to break the buck
